August Glossy Box Review



On September 4, I finally received my Glossy Box for the month of August. It was alittle late but better late than never. The box was done up in its usual presentation. When I opened it up I was happy to see lots of beauty treats.

The box contained...



  • A Trend Trunk gift certificate. Mine was worth $5. I hope to find something on the site I can put towards it.
  • Biore Make-up Wipes
  • Sebastian Potion 9 Lite
  • Kryolan for Glossybox Lipstick
  • Kryolan Classic Lipstick
  • Befine Fine Food Skin Care
  • Elastoplast SOS Blister 
I'm really excited to try the Befine Fine Food Skin Care. I've heard such great things about it and the lipsticks. I love a bright lipstick with a neutral face! Otherwise, I feel like Glossybox is repeating about of brands, every second box seems to have something from Sebastian or Biore. I'd be interested in trying a broader range of products. I also wish the boxes would be distributed earlier in the month, instead of waiting for the last week of every month.

  2. I see these boxes everywhere but have yet to understand exactly how they work. Seems kinda like a monthly mystery box. Very cool indeed. Liking the red lipstick alot! I just find it so hard to coordinate with my outfit. New follower if you can do the same for me!
